Fleet-wide fuel card transactions
Review swipes and fill-ups across trucks instead of collecting photos of slips from drivers.
Coming soon

Diesel is often the largest trip cost after hire. Fuel card management on TruckBill is coming soon so fleet teams can see card swipes, vehicle fill-ups, and trip fuel cost in one place—without claiming issuer integrations are live before they are.
Upcoming fuel card management will help Indian transporters record and review fuel card transactions across the fleet, with planned issuer paths for BPCL, HPCL, IOCL, and Reliance/Jio.
A planned fuel card module inside TruckBill for fleet-wide diesel and fuel-card transaction control.
Own-fleet transporters using oil-company or network fuel cards today, plus accounts teams reconciling slips and statements.
Coming soon. Planned issuer paths are listed below. None of these fuel-card integrations are live in TruckBill yet.
TruckBill already runs LR, trips, fleet, and GST billing. The capabilities below are in design for early access—they are not live until we confirm them on a demo or in release notes.
Review swipes and fill-ups across trucks instead of collecting photos of slips from drivers.
Attach fuel spend to the vehicle so trip and fleet P&L includes diesel, not only freight.
Map fill-ups toward the trip that consumed the diesel when dates, km, and vehicle match.
Match issuer statements with TruckBill records before month-end accounts close.
Flag unusual fill quantity, off-route pumps, or missing vehicle tags—once the data feed is available.
Period, vehicle, and route views so owners can see which trucks burn more than they should.
We are designing TruckBill fuel card management with Indian fleet cards in mind. The following issuers are planned integration paths—not live connections today:
Exact coverage, file formats, and API availability will be confirmed when each path ships. If your fleet already uses one of these cards, join early access so we can prioritise your issuer.
Can I manage BPCL, HPCL, IOCL, or Reliance/Jio fuel cards in TruckBill today? Not yet. Those names are planned issuer paths. We will only state an integration is live after it is available to customers.
What will fuel card management do? The planned workflow is to manage fuel card transactions across your fleet—vehicle-wise cost, trip linkage, and statement reconciliation.
Is diesel tracking available without a fuel card? Trip expenses and fleet costing already exist in TruckBill for teams that enter fuel manually. Card feeds are the upcoming automation layer.
How do I join early access? Book a demo from this page and mention your fuel card issuer (BPCL, HPCL, IOCL, or Reliance/Jio) in the message.
Will this replace the oil-company app? No. Issuer apps and statements remain the source of card data. TruckBill is planned as the operations layer that attaches fuel to trucks and trips.
