FASTag Management Software for Transporters

Last Updated: August 2026

Toll spend should sit on the same trip as freight, diesel, and driver advances—not in a separate FASTag statement you reconcile at month-end. TruckBill FASTag management is coming soon: transaction tracking, vehicle-wise and trip-wise toll mapping, reconciliation, and reports for Indian transporters.

Summary

Upcoming FASTag management in TruckBill will help transporters map tolls to vehicles and trips, then reconcile statements without spreadsheet chasing.

What is this?

A FASTag operations layer planned inside TruckBill—transaction tracking, toll automation, and reports tied to fleet trips.

Who is it for?

Own-fleet transporters, multi-truck operators, and accounts teams who currently export FASTag statements into Excel.

Status

Coming soon. Join FASTag early access via the same Book Demo form. We will not mark this live until the workflow is available to customers.

TruckBill already runs LR, trips, fleet, and GST billing. The capabilities below are in design for early access—they are not live until we confirm them on a demo or in release notes.

What we are building

Coming soon

FASTag transaction tracking

See FASTag hits in one place instead of hunting bank SMS, issuer apps, and PDF statements.

Coming soon

Toll expense automation

Reduce manual entry by pulling toll spend toward the trip record once the integration is ready.

Coming soon

Vehicle-wise toll tracking

Know which truck consumed how much toll—useful when one FASTag wallet serves a mixed fleet.

Coming soon

Trip-wise toll mapping

Map tolls to the trip that actually ran the route so trip P&L includes highway cost, not just freight.

Coming soon

Toll reconciliation

Match issuer/bank FASTag statements with TruckBill trip dates and vehicle numbers before accounts closes the month.

Coming soon

FASTag reports

Route, vehicle, and period reports so owners can see which corridors are eating margin on tolls.

Why this is more than “FASTag integration coming soon”

Integration is only the pipe. Transporters need the operating layer: which vehicle, which trip, which statement line, and whether the toll belongs in trip cost. That is the FASTag management workflow we are designing—and why we are collecting early-access feedback now.

Frequently asked questions

Is FASTag management live in TruckBill today? No. FASTag management is coming soon. You can join early access through the Book Demo form so we can map your issuer, fleet size, and reconciliation process.

Will FASTag data attach to trips? That is the planned design: trip-wise and vehicle-wise toll mapping so reports include highway cost with freight and fuel.

Do I need a specific FASTag issuer? Requirements will depend on the integration path we ship. Tell us your issuer on the demo so we can prioritise real fleets.

Can I still use TruckBill without FASTag? Yes. LR, billing, fleet, and GST workflows are available today. FASTag is an upcoming module.

How do I join FASTag early access? Use Join FASTag Early Access or Book Demo on this page. The same TruckBill demo form opens; we record your interest for FASTag.
