Daily (driver)
- Tyre pressure / visible damage
- Lights, horn, indicators
- Oil/water/coolant levels (as trained)
- Brakes feel and air leaks (as applicable)
- Documents in cabin (RC, permit, insurance copies as required)
Weekly (yard)
- Battery terminals clean
- Belt/hose visual check
- Grease points as per OEM habit
- Spare tyre and toolkit present
Periodic
- Engine oil / filters
- Fitness / PUC / insurance calendar
- Brake and clutch wear
- Tyre rotation / replacement plan
